I had a really great experience with Crossing Vietnam. From the very beginning, everything was handled in a very detailed and organized way. They prepared a day-wise travel plan that was extremely well thought out, clear, and easy to understand. Every place, activity, and timeline was planned perfectly. Although we finally could not go ahead with the trip due to some personal reasons, I still feel it's important to write this review because the effort and quality of service they provided was exceptional. I personally dealt with Ms. Kim, and she was truly amazing. Her replies were always prompt, clear, kind, and very humble. She patiently answered all our questions, made changes whenever we requested, and always made us feel comfortable and confident about the plan. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out.

We had an excellent food tour with Liam. As a family traveling together, we opted for the private Michelin food tour, and it exceeded our expectations.
